The Dealer Premium Pack includes unlimited use of three applications: Dss Extractor, Add Header, and File Runner Client. These programs are not available nor sold individually. However, they add new features to those already enjoyed with a Voice Solutions system, and make current tasks easier. Easier means faster, and time is a vital factor when it comes to customer service.

Why bundle them together as a package, though? Well, here at DAC, we endeavor to make and keep things simple. One way we have kept things simple is by eliminating product keys. So, instead of you having to waste precious time keeping track of keys and ordering additional licenses, we have provided these applications with no restrictions on use or number. Dss Extractor

Allows you to download dictation from a DS4000 or Grundig digital portable. Easier to use than Transporter and with none of the Windows permissions issues that may arise with the Dictation Module.

Add Header

Runs a on Voice Solutions server and converts exported files to a Wave format for playback in additional programs.

File Runner Client

Communicates with the File Runner Server, sending files across the internet. This allows the user to dictate at home or at an office that's not on the same network as the Voice Solutions server.
